Help me Rhonda!

Rhonda is looking for someone to love. Once you meet her you won’t be able to get her out of your heart. 
She loves to run and play in her fosters yard with the resident dogs. I bet with a little training she would love to go on adventures with you. When she is happy her tail wags so fast that she looks like she might take off and fly… did I mention that she flew here recently? She was a good girl on her flight and when she arrived she met so many new people and Blackjack, another rescued dog. 
While Rhonda loves her foster family, she would love to have one of her own.
